The creation of multiple Accounts by the same person for the purpose of obtaining multiple bonuses, circumventing Account restrictions, or for any other reason is strictly prohibited. zplay88 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and confiscate associated balances where multiple Account creation is detected.
2.3 Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration process and to maintain the accuracy of such information throughout the life of your Account. zplay88 is not responsible for any loss arising from your failure to provide accurate information, including delays in processing withdrawals where Verification cannot be completed due to inaccurate registration data.
2.4 Restricted Jurisdictions. zplay88 does not knowingly provide services to persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation in any Game on the zplay88 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction prior to registration. zplay88 accepts no liability for your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted.
3.1 Credentials Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zplay88 login username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you, and zplay88 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your credentials where such use results from your failure to keep your credentials confidential.
3.2 Notification of Breach. You must notify zplay88 immediately upon becoming aware that your login credentials have been compromised or that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. You can reach the zplay88 support team via live chat available on the Platform 24 hours a day.
3.3 Account Suspension. zplay88 reserves the right to suspend or close your Account at any time without prior notice where: (a) we reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms; (b) Verification requirements have not been satisfied within a reasonable time; (c) fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected; or (d) required by applicable law or regulatory authority. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any real-money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
4.1 Accepted Methods. zplay88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank FPX, and bank transfer via the FPX network. Available methods may change from time to time at zplay88's sole discretion. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Own Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your zplay88 Account originate from a payment account or instrument registered in your name and that the funds are not derived from any illegal activity. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited and will result in Account suspension and return of funds.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are subject to Verification. zplay88 targets processing of eWallet withdrawals within 5–15 minutes of approval during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are subject to standard banking processing times. zplay88 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply charges independently.
4.4 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply to each Account and payment method. Current limits are displayed within the cashier section of your zplay88 Account and may be updated from time to time.
5.1 General. zplay88 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific promotion terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. zplay88 reserves the right to void any withdrawal request where wagering requirements have not been fulfilled.
5.3 Abuse. zplay88 monitors bonus usage to detect patterns consistent with bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage betting, or other practices designed to exploit promotional offers. Where such activity is detected, zplay88 reserves the right to void all associated Bonus Funds and winnings and to close the Account involved without liability.
5.4 Expiry. Bonus Funds and free spins are subject to expiry periods as stated in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses will be removed from the Account without compensation.
6.1 Provider Rules. Each Game on the zplay88 Platform is governed by individual game rules provided by the respective software provider. You are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any Game before placing a wager. Game rules are accessible within the game interface.
6.2 RNG Integrity. All non-live Games on zplay88 use Random Number Generator (RNG) software that is independently tested and certified by recognised international testing laboratories. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are as published by the relevant software provider and apply over a statistically significant number of game rounds.
6.3 Live Casino. Live dealer Games are streamed from certified studios operated by licensed live casino software providers. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zplay88 Platform. Breach of any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and may be referred to appropriate authorities:
8.1 Commitment. zplay88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Players. We provide tools and resources to help Players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion.
8.2 Self-Exclusion. Any Player who believes their gambling is becoming harmful may request self-exclusion from the zplay88 Platform by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours and will remain in effect for the period selected by the Player (minimum 6 months). During self-exclusion, all marketing communications will be suspended.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. 10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zplay88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if zplay88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
zplay88 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, zplay88 will notify registered Players via email to their registered email address or via a notice posted prominently on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulatory frameworks and the internal policies of zplay88 as updated from time to time. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the zplay88 Platform shall first be submitted to the zplay88 internal dispute resolution process as described below. zplay88 will endeavour to resolve all complaints and disputes within 14 working days of receipt.
